Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what may and may not be sold or shared on FanToBuy. It applies to all content uploaded by Sellers and to all use of the platform.

1. Allowed content

Photos and videos that you created yourself or hold the necessary rights to sell — photography, behind-the-scenes material, tutorials, presets and similar digital media.

2. Prohibited content

• Explicit adult or pornographic content of any kind.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors. This is reported to the authorities.
• Content depicting a person who has not consented to its distribution.
• Content you do not own or are not licensed to sell, including leaked or pirated material.
• Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, hate or illegal activity.
• Malware, or files misrepresented as something they are not.

3. Prohibited behaviour

• Circumventing payments, previews, download limits or moderation.
• Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse or money laundering.
• Self-referrals or artificial traffic to abuse the affiliate program.
• Impersonating another person or platform.

4. Moderation and enforcement

New drops may be reviewed before they become purchasable. We may reject, hide or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Serious violations are reported to the relevant authorities.
