Refund Policy

1. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

FanToBuy sells digital content that is delivered immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, as permitted under EU consumer law.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

• You paid but did not receive working download links.
• The delivered content is materially different from what the payment link described.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

3. When a refund is not given

• You changed your mind after downloading the content.
• Your download links expired because you did not use them in time — contact us instead and we will re-issue them.

4. How to request one

Email info@fantobuy.com within 14 days of the purchase, with the payment link and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the corresponding download links are invalidated.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to a permanent block from the platform.
