Complaints & Content Removal

1. What you can report

• Content that infringes your copyright or other rights.
• Content depicting you that you did not consent to.
• Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. How to file a report

Use the report form — that is the fastest route. You can also email info@fantobuy.com with:

• The link(s) to the content (fantobuy.com/l/...).
• A description of the content and why it should be removed.
• For copyright claims: proof that you own the work or represent the owner.
• For non-consensual content: enough information for us to verify that you are the person depicted.
• Your contact details.

3. What happens next

We confirm receipt, review the report — urgent categories such as non-consensual or illegal content are prioritised — and remove content that violates our policies or the law. The uploader may be notified and may respond, except where safety requires otherwise. Repeat infringers lose their account.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, reply to the removal notice with an explanation and evidence of your rights. We review counter-notices within 7 days.
